- One of the most important points to remember here is that your hydration levels must be good when you go for a steam bath.
- Avoid staying in the steam room for more than 10-15 minutes at a stretch. You can move out and in of the steam room.
- Post steam bath, let your body cool down naturally before doing any exercises.
- Ensure that if there is a child in the steam room, he or she must be accompanied by an adult.
- Last but not the least, in case you are not feeling well, press the emergency button or call the attendee.
